How to use ZeroIn and not get your LinkedIn account blocked by LinkedIn

ZeroIn has the Bulk data fetch function that is intensively used by many of you. But this function needs to be used with caution, as LinkedIn does not like any automation and therefore, if detected, it can delete or block your account.

Having said that, we created ZeroIn with an idea to imitate the human behaviour while giving you the automation you need to scale up your sales and marketing efforts. Here is some elementary info you need to know when using our bulk data fetch function.

If your LinkedIn account is more than a year old, you can use these limits as a guidance:

1) Invitations / connection requests —100 / day 2) Messages to 1st connections — 150 / day 3) Messages to group members — 15 / month per all LinkedIn groups

4) Endorsements — 60 /day 5) Profile Extractor — 300 / day 6) Profile Auto-Visiting —150 / day 7) Profile Auto-Follower — 150 / day

||| These limits have been tested on a free account which is more than a year old. It is not recommended to exceed more than 300 data extractions in total per day. ||| If you are using any other LinkedIn automation tool in addition to ZeroIn, please do not exceed the numbers stated above.

However, these numbers are just a recommendation and they do not mean that LinkedIn will not block your account for some other reason. These numbers are simply what we have experienced over time and deem to be safe.

You can use ZeroIn in any of the following ways:

With the ZeroIn Chrome extension to pull up to 26 data points related to people on LinkedIn and find their verified business email. The unique 3-point system makes sure you end up only with verified business emails.
To perform searches on a single LinkedIn profile or in bulk - pulling data from numerous pages of a single search result on LinkedIn.
To upload already existing email lists into our User Portal and re-verify the email addresses.
To export the leads in different formats based on different quick filtering options - e.g. .cvs, .xls, Google Drive…
To find a single email based on first name, last name and company domain that the person works with.
To perform a single email verification and check if the email is still valid.

First, create an account on our website.
Once logged into our User Portal, download the google chrome extension (click on the icon on the bottom right corner of the User Portal page as shown below).

How to use the ZeroIn extension on LinkedIn to find business emails in bulk

ZeroIn can be used with Free or Sales Navigator LinkedIn accounts - we do not support Recruiter accounts at the moment. After creating your account on our website, and downloading the Google Chrome extension form the User Portal, you are ready to get those business emails.

First create or select a Campaign in the ZeroIn extension (the data will be stored there).

Perform the search on People on LinkedIn
Select the number of search result pages you want to gather data from. The number of pages for this type of data gathering for your free account is limited to 3 at the time but for any lifetime deal and paid account it is unlimited. Note: the start page will be set automatically to the page you are on and cannot be changed

Import leads lists from my CRM into ZeroIn and validate email addresses

For now, ZeroIn has an option for a manual lead lists upload from any tool that you might be using - your CRM, your marketing or sales email tool.

Make sure your list is in .cvs or .xlsx format and that it contains the email addresses you want to check.
Go into any Campaign or create a new one. In the campaign page, hover over the ${color}#f91fdc icon and click on ${color}[#f51919](Import .xlsx/.csv). | We suggest creating a new campaign for the email clean up / re-verifications as to not mix in with other leads and other sources you might have.
A pop-up window opens up and will prompt you to match the most important fields from your sheet with the fields in ZeroIn like Name, Last Name, Job Title, Company Name, domain of the website and the email address. You will have a preview of the data on the right hand side of the matching field names. | Make sure you have AT LEAST ONE EMAIL ADDRESS listed in the file you are uploading.

Find a single business email - manual typing

Alongside using ZeroIn Extension to gather data and find business emails from Linkedin, you can also use a single email finder in the Light CRM in any of your Campaigns. Watch our video below to find out more, or read on for illustrations:

Once you click the option, a new box will ${color}#2cf312underneath. In order to find an email, type in the ${color}[#f921fd](first name), ${color}[#f921fd](last name) and the ${color}[#f921fd](company domain) for which the lead is working in and hit ${color}[#f50f0f](Find email). You will be able to see the status of your search in the ${color}[#1abaff](Status field) on the lower left-hand side of the box.

Your latest search will appear at the top of your Campaign lead list (regardless of whether the search was successful or not)

What does each credit bar mean?

|| If we recognize an imported email as invalid, your credits will NOT be taken in contrast to tools like NeverBounce that will deduct credits based on every email imported no matter the outcome of the process :).
