Where can I see my credits?

Your credits can be seen in the User Portal, once you are logged in, just bellow your Account name.


How I can see my credit spent and what each of the bars mean?

Plugin are credits that will be spent when you use our ZeroIn Extension to gather and match data from LinkedIn. Every found and verified business email equals one credit. So if the email is not found, no credits will be taken. At any point, this bar shows how much credits you have used up vs the amount that is left.

Import are credits that will be taken when you use ZeroIn User Portal to import emails from your CRM for example, to try and validate them after a while Click here to see how to import files of data so to verify emails you have. One credit equals one VALIDATED email. If we recognise imported email as invalid, your credits will NOT be taken in comparison to tools like NeverBounce that will deduct credits based on every email imported no matter the outcome of the process :)

Are unspent credits rolled out into the next month?
Yes. All unused credits are rolled into the next month for maximum of 60 days.

Do you refund credits for bounced emails?
No. If the email is 100% verified by ZeroIn, that means it will not bounce. If it the indication of the email validity is under 100% in some occasions, there might be soft bounces when you send the email, meaning that the email inbox exists but the servers have some kind of filters in place to keep anything resembling SPAM out.
